My name is Roberto Doku, I come originally from Ghana Africa and now live in Hamburg, Germany. In my experience as a South African, I have learned about different cultures and the way they communicate. We in South Africa had to find unique ways to bridge cultures and build relationships that would last.

Convinced from my experience I came up with the innovation to form a company specialising in motivation of a different kind. The ability to communicate without words lead to the formation of African Drum Events.
It is about applying the skills of African Drumming through a workshop to raise the motivation levels and team spirit via a foreign medium.
